Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about compostable PPE, biodigesters, and sustainable healthcare solutions.
Compostable PPE
Frequently asked questions about compostable personal protective equipment
All our compostable PPE products are certified to EN13432, the European standard for industrial compostability. This means they will break down within 90 days in industrial composting conditions, leaving no harmful residues. Some products also carry AS4736 (Australian) and OK Compost Industrial certifications.
Biodigesters
Common questions about on-site biodigestion systems
Biodigester pricing varies based on capacity and features. The Harp CX series starts from approximately €15,000 for smaller units. Most healthcare facilities see ROI within 2-3 years through reduced waste disposal costs. Contact us for a detailed quote based on your waste volumes.
Ordering & Delivery
Questions about purchasing, delivery, and returns
For B2B products (aprons, hairnets), minimum orders are typically 500-1,000 units depending on the product. For consumer shoe covers, there's no minimum—you can order single packs of 100 online. Bulk discounts apply for larger orders.
Sustainability & Certifications
Questions about environmental impact and certifications
EN13432 is the European standard for packaging recoverable through composting and biodegradation. Products certified to EN13432 must: break down within 12 weeks, disintegrate within 90 days, leave no toxic residues, and not negatively impact compost quality. It's the gold standard for compostability.
