2. About HaPPE Earth

HaPPE Earth is an Irish company that manufactures and supplies compostable personal protective equipment (PPE) and biodigestion systems for healthcare and other industries.

3. Use of Our Services

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our services.

3.2 Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

4. Products and Services

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, actual products may vary slightly from images shown. All product specifications and certifications (including EN13432 compliance) are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices are confirmed at the time of order placement.

4.3 Availability

Product availability is subject to stock levels. We will notify you if ordered items are unavailable and offer alternatives or a refund.

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is only accepted when we send a confirmation email.

5.2 Payment

We accept payment via credit/debit card through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Payment must be received before dispatch. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.

5.3 Bulk Orders and Quotes

For bulk orders or custom requirements, please contact us for a quote. Bulk order terms may differ from standard terms and will be agreed in writing.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Times

Standard delivery within Ireland is 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location. Orders over €50 qualify for free standard delivery within Ireland.

6.3 Risk and Title

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Title to products passes to you upon full payment.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

7.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Returned within 14 days of delivery

7.3 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective.

7.4 Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange collection and provide a full refund or replacement.

Our compostable PPE products are designed for single use and must be used in accordance with provided instructions. While our products meet relevant safety standards, they are intended for general protection and may not be suitable for all applications. 11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HaPPE Earth harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
