The bio-digestor is the piece that closes the loop on site. Fitted with plasma decontamination, it turns compostable PPE, food waste and paper recyclables into pathogen-free, nutrient-rich fertiliser in 24 hours, with a monitoring dashboard reporting throughput as it runs. Because decontamination happens on site, waste never leaves the building as clinical waste. Deployed and operational in Irish healthcare, and currently in trial in the meat industry for Category 2 waste conversion. Built in Ireland with our partner Harp Renewables.
